Our Engagement approach
Engage
Our mandates are conducted either as full time advisory staff, part time advisory staff or on an annual retainer basis, for a defined set of resource, each month.
Discuss
We lead and encourage discussion to quantify the scope of assignments and to validate our ability to add value to each client assignment.
Action
We will create a formal proposal, together with the assignment expected expense, for each client to validate and gain internal approval for positive action.
Validate
Our senior directors are project leaders and the key contact person throughout the agreed mandate. We are on hand. At all times.
